Coffee, tea and cakes are available in the Church Hall every Thursday from 10am to 12 noon.
Forthcoming events
Fairtrade Fortnight – “Big Brew” Sat 6 March 10-noon. After
last year's successful coffee morning we are again taking part in the Fairtrade Fortnight. This year we are raising funds
to train tea planters to be able to obtain a fair price for the tea they grow. Last year we raised £225. If we
can raise that to £250 we could help 25 tea workers! We are also trying to persuade the big tea producers to care about the
tea workers. 90% of tea sold in this country is NOT fairly traded. Let’s help change that.
Fair Trade Goods - Daphne Morton will be selling Fair Trade goods on the
fourth Sunday in every month. Daphne will also have catalogues available for you to order goods.
